CS30 Internal Beep Sound Turning Off or On

Since Late 2023 all CS30 models have been shipped with the internal beep sound turned off. Models prior to this had this function switched on. The following instructions show how this feature can be turned on or off as desired.

IMPORTANT

Before opening ensure that the machine is isolated from the mains by unplugging it or if on a fused spur, remove the fuse.

Firstly using the key remove the top lid.

Next remove the two screw highlighted in red and open the front case.

After this locate the beep sound connector cable. To be clear this is the the right hand side green connector shown below.

Depending on whether you are wanting the sound on or off then either remove or attach this connector.

 Finally re-fit the front case, attach the two screws and replace the lid and lock.
