How to run reports in BioTime & TotalTime

Introduction
BioTime & TotalTime provides a variety of reports to help businesses track employee attendance, work schedules, and more. These reports are essential for effective workforce management.
To generate these reports, BioTime & TotalTime software uses InTime Reports.
In this documentation, we will walk you through the steps involved in creating reports using InTime Reports.
By following these guidelines and best practices, you can effectively generate reports that provide accurate and relevant information, helping you make informed decisions about your workforce.

Open InTime Reports Application
To generate reports using InTime Reports in BioTime/TotalTime software, you will need to locate the InTime Reports application on your desktop which will look like the below icon.
Once you double click the icon you will get a prompt show up like the below screen shot.
Pick a Report of your Choice
To select a report in InTime Reports, click the "Select File" button. This should take you to the file location where you can see a list of reports available to run. If you are not taken to this file location, search for your BioTime/TotalTime folder, open the "Reports" folder, and you will see a list of reports available to run, as shown in the screenshot below.
To run the report you've selected in InTime Reports, simply click the "Open" button. This will select the report you want to run, and you can proceed to the next step of setting the report parameters and generating the report.
Now you can press the run report button (highlighted in red) to start the process.
This next part can take a while to load especially if its connecting to a server so please be patient.
Selecting the data to build the report
After loading, you will encounter a screen resembling the screenshot below. This screen is designed to enable you to specify the date range. Some reports may require only one date, and they will include data up to the current date. In the report form, you will have the choice to select the type of data you wish to include, which can be either the employee ID number or the departments.
If you want to create a report based on specific numbers, please see GIF below showing you how to copy over individual employees.
To generate a report for your complete employee list, you can click the double arrow that will move all the data for all employees. Please refer to the GIF below for visual guidance. Additionally, below you can observe how to choose a date using the calendars.
After completing the above steps, all you need to do is select the "OK" button to generate your Intime report.
