The issue 

If you try to download the BioTime installer, you may encounter a message indicating that the biotime.exe file is not frequently downloaded, which can prevent you from opening the installer using the usual method. This is illustrated in the image below:

If you come across this issue, you can click on the Three dots menu (as shown below), which will provide you with additional options:

Once you see the list of additional options, select the "Keep" option to confirm your trust in this application. This is demonstrated in the image below:

Afterward, a message will appear, and you will be required to select the 'show more' drop-down option, which is demonstrated in the image below: 

Once you have selected the 'show more' option, please proceed to choose 'keep anyway,' as shown in the image below: 

To continue with the installation of BioTime software, click on 'open file.' After that, you can refer back to the initial documentation to complete the BioTime+ download process.
