Introduction

Changing the time on the TP400 machine while clock cards are clocked in can sometimes cause problems with the card calculations. This could result in an error message E50 when trying to clock a card. Minor adjustments to the time should not normally cause this issue.

Setting the Time

Firstly remove the lid with the key (stamped 2022).  With the lid removed the buttons will access secondary functions as shown below. 

The display will show the time with the hour flashing (example below).

To adjust the hour just press the + or - buttons as appropriate.

Press Enter when correct.

The minutes will begin to flash (example below).

Adjust the minutes in a similar way to hours.

Press Enter when correct and the screen should go blank.

The lid can then be placed back on and locked, ensuring the two lugs at the front are located correctly so the lid is flush with the case.

The time should now be correctly displayed.
