Navigating through the guide

As you navigate through the installation process of your new clocking machine software, we want to make it as easy and convenient for you as possible. To help with this, we have created a collection of articles on the left-hand side of the page. These articles are designed to guide you through each step of the installation process, from downloading the software to configuring it and getting it up and running.

We recommend you network the clock by plugging it into your network via ethernet cable for a smoother process, but this guide will also cover how to use USB. If you are using USB you can skip any Network sections and vice versa.

While you have the flexibility to jump to different sections at any point, we highly recommend that you follow the guide in the order that it has been written. This will ensure that you have the smoothest installation experience possible. Once you have completed a section, you will see a button at the bottom of the article that will allow you to move on to the next step. Please use this button to progress through the installation process.

Checking you have received everything

Upon receiving the Clocking Machine you should have the following items:

• Anviz A350C Card Swipe Terminal
• USB
• Clocking Machine Backplate
• Clocking Cards

Downloading the software

The software can be downloaded by using this link https://clockingsystems.co.uk/totaltimedownload/

We will also include a link further in the guide as downloading the software is not yet required.
