Setting up the MB20 for Dispatch

- Take the terminal from the box and remove the fingerprint protective sticker.
- Remove quick set up guide sheet, wired connector and white proxy card.
- Place a small Clocking Systems sticker on to left of the terminal
- Power on
- Tick the box - untick & okay
- M/ok & okay
- Select Personalize Menu
- User Interface
- Scroll to ‘Slide Show Intervals’
- Set to disabled
- Scroll to ‘Idle Time to Sleep’
- Set ‘User Defined’
- Set to 1 & OK
- Esc
- Set ‘User Defined’
- Scroll to ‘Slide Show Intervals’
- voice
- volume - set to 40
- Esc to Main menu
- User Interface
- User Mgt
- New User
- User ID & okay
- 7856
- User Role - Super Admin
- Scroll down to ‘Set Password’ and set to 587856
- Esc to Main menu
- COMM
- Ethernet
- DHCP- set to ON
- Server settngs
- Set the Server IP address to 192.055.168.165 (for Biotime & Infotime just set to 000.000.000.000)
- Set the Server Port to 17856
- Set HTTPS to off
- Esc to Main menu
- Ethernet
- System
- Date time
- Manual Date & Time
- Set the date & time correctly
- Select Time zone – UTC
- Date Format - DD-MM-YY
- Esc
- Manual Date & Time
- Attendance
- Duplicate punch period - set to 1
- Esc
- Security
- User ID masking - set to OFF
- Scroll down to ‘Face Function’
- Ok to turn off
- Terminal will reboot
- Date time
Add the Quick start guide, box back up & tick done
